Tell us any concerns you have, let us know how you want to improve your Chinese, and what times are suitable for your Chinese classes (Note: our class times are daily from 08:00 to 22:00 Beijing time. In order to make effective progress with your Chinese effectively, we recommend you take at least two one-hour classes a week.) Once we hear from you, we will reply and confirm an initial interview as early as possible.

• 2.Meet our consulting team, reserve a Trial Lesson

In the initial interview, we will evaluate your Chinese level so we can assign you a suitable Chinese teacher. During this interview you can tell us your requirements, so we can meet your needs as far as possible. This interview will last approximately 10-20 minutes and will be free of charge.

• 3.Take a free 1H trial lesson

In accordance with your circumstances, we will advise your teacher of your requirements, and at the same time notify you and your teacher of the time of your first class. You will be then able to start your trial Chinese lesson.

• 4.Book your next lesson

If you are satisfied with our teaching, we can move on to the following steps: Finalize your lesson schedule and take payment (you only need to pay for seven hours at a time).

• 5.First lesson begins

After we receive your tuition fee, we will forward to you and your teacher the class schedule. Your teacher will then send you the teaching materials or other information. After that, you can start classes as per the schedule.
